Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure all gym components, weights, and hardware are disassembled and placed back into their original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger power rack packages.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for completeness and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
